北京航空航天大学经济管理学院1998年开始招收第一批MBA学员，迄今已累计培养 1500余名MBA学生。2003年，北航被批准为自主划定MBA联考录取分数线的首批全国34所院校之一。经过十余年的发展，北航MBA项目已经成为中国一个颇具影响力和品牌效应的本土MBA项目。

    北航MBA根植于雄厚的科技沃土，旨在培养懂经济管理、懂专业技术、知识广博、思想创新、勇于开拓的中高层管理者。除了常规的MBA核心课程，北航经济管理学院还开设了电子商务技术与管理、信息技术与信息管理、计算机模拟与辅助决策、物流系统与供应链管理、科技创新与管理、项目管理等一系列面向高科技管理的课程，使北航MBA教育立足于科技与管理的双重优势；同时，学院围绕国际贸易、国际金融、国际企业管理方向开设相关课程，并辅以商务英语、外教口语、商务沟通等外语类课程，使北航的MBA教育适应企业国际化竞争的要求。北航是我国首批获得IPMP资格的高校八所之一，北航MBA学生在入学和学习期间，可以参加IPMP考试辅导组织考试等服务，截止到目前已有64位学员顺利通过IPMP资格认证D级考试。

北航经管学院与美国、英国、法国、德国、加拿大、澳大利亚等国建立了定期的科研教学合作交流关系，并从海外招收培养留学生。北航近年来先后与澳大利亚新南威尔士大学、昆士兰大学、墨尔本商学院等院校合作培养国际MBA、国际市场营销硕士、国际会计和金融学硕士等学位课程，与加拿大Concordia大学联合培养民航管理MBA项目。同时，与美国杜兰大学（Tulane University）、美国弗吉尼亚州立大学（Averett University）院校的商学院进行定期的学术交流、互访活动。此外，北航经济管理学院与法国格勒诺贝尔高等商学院开展了国际MBA互换留学项目。以上国际MBA、MM、MC培养和国内MBA培养相互促进、资源共享，极大地促进北航MBA的教育，使学院向“国内一流、世界知名”商学院目标迈进。

同时将有机会获得新生奖学金、优秀研究生、光华奖学金、国际互换交流奖学金、优秀毕业生等一系列奖励。北航MBA学生入校后，均自然成为北航MBA联合会会员。学院领导非常注重北航MBA联合会的发展和建设，MBA联合会每年组织新生拓展训练，举办迎新酒会、年会、校友会、社会兼职导师聘请、实习基地建设等活动并职业发展中心的相关工作。

在院校领导与MBA中心的指导下，北航MBA联合会组织MBA同学积极开展多种学术文化活动，与知名企业举办管理论坛，积极参与企业实际运作，提高同学们的实际工作水平。北航MBA联合会秉承“合理的才能长久、共享的才能发展，团结的必然成功”核心理念，团结合作，追求卓越，打造宝贵的MBA团队资源！

Brief Introduction of BUAA MBA Program

The School of Economics and Management (SEM), Beihang University (BUAA) started to recruiting her MBA students in 1998. So far, over 1,500 MBA students have graduated from the program. In 2003, BUAA was authorized as one of the first batch 34 universities who were permitted to decide its own admission line for national MBA entrance examination. After 11-years’ development, BUAA MBA program has grown into a well-known and top-ranked discipline in China.

Rooted in rich scientific tradition, BUAA MBA program intends to train all participants into knowledgeable, innovative and ambitious senior or advanced managers who experts not only at specific techniques but also management skills. Besides routine kernel courses, the school has designed a series of hi-tech-oriented courses, such as E-Business Skills and Management, Information Technology and Management, Computer Imitation & ADM (Aid in Decision Making, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Technique Innovation and Management, Project Management, etc, which endows BUAA MBA program with both technical and management advantages. The school also teaches on International Trade, International Finance, International Enterprise Management, etc and provides good foreign language teaching like business English, oral English by native speakers and commercial communication skills, which enables BUAA MBA training helpful to company’s international strategy. BUAA is also one of the first eight universities in China who has IPMP qualification. MBA trainees are encouraged to attend IPMP training and examination during stay in the university. As on Jan 2009, there are 64 students who passed IPMP Qualification Test (Level D).

SEM, BUAA has stable and long cooperation with many foreign universities in US, UK, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, etc. It also recruits oversea students from many countries. In recent years, BUAA had cooperated with several Australian universities such as The University of New South Wales, The University of Queensland and Melbourne Business School to provide kernel courses for International MBA, International Marketing, International Accounting and Finance masters. BUAA also cooperated with Canadian University of Concordia for Aviation MBA (AMBA) program. In order to share teaching methods and enhance communication, BUAA has regular meeting and frequent visits with American Tulane University and Business School of California State University. In addition, the School also established cooperation with French George Nobel Advanced Business School to exchange MBA students. The international cooperation stimulates and nourishes domestic MBA program and allows the school to grow into a “first-rank nationally, well-known globally” business school.

BUAA MBA candidates also have opportunities to achive various scholarships such as Entrance Scholarship, Outstanding Postgraduates, Kwang-Hua Scholarship, Exchange Scholarship, Distinguished Graduates. MBA students will become members of MBA Union, BUAA once they entered BUAA. The school pays much attention to the build-up and development of MBA Union, and the Union organizes many activities, such as outward bound training, Welcome Party, Annual Party, Alumni Association, Retaining Part-time Teacher, Establishing Practice Base, and also arrange tutorship of IPMP examination and relative work in Career Development Center.

Under the guidance of the leaders of the college and the MBA center, MBA union of BUAA is organizing the MBA students to take part in all kinds of academic cultural activities, conducting management forum with enterprises, being involved in the actual enterprise operation to improve the practice level of the students. Insisting on the idea of “Long exist only reasonable, development only shared, success only united”, MBA union of BUAA is trying to figure a precious MBA team with cooperation and pursuit of the excellence.
