Couple with the development of economy, there has been a growing concern upon the issue of “which is more important, work or life? Different people hold divided views forwards work and life.
Some people live to work.. They devote themselves to their work. The aim for which they work is to realize the value of life, to promote the development of society and to make more people live happy life. They make great contributions to society and at the same time they also find pleasure form their work.
On the contrary, other people work to live. They regard work as a way of making a living. The purpose for which they work is to kill time or to make enough money to support themselves and their families. They often regard work as what they have to do. So they can’t pick up pleasure and enjoyment form their work. Such people, once they can afford to support themselves and their families, perhaps quit their work.
In my opinion, we shouldn’t go to the extremes. Since we are members of society, we should do what we can to better it so that we can live in more comfortable and more convenient surrounding.Good life is an assurance of smooth work. Only when we realize this can we live happily and work well.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I ，as an ordinary consumer, am writing to you to hope the Consummer’s Association can lautch a compaign to prohibit manufatorsand businessmen from making fake commodities. In every possible ways in a nation wide scale.
As we all know, nowadays many orgnizations and individuals are swarming into the tide of making fake commodities. And we may observe that some of the commodities are nothing but waste we should abandon, just like the rubbish cast by us daily.
However, the reason for this phenomenon is complicated and such fake commodities are very harmful not only to the enterprise but to our society. For example, some people want to make profits form their phony goods such as the deadly alcohol sold in many shops. Such goods cause great loss to customers’ property and severe harm to their health. Commodities offered to customers by enterprises are based on the trust between them and the trust is the driving force that makes the economy develop. With the trust customers expect to buy a certain commodity with a sense of safety, while the enterprises look forward to promoting sales based mainly on the side of the customers. Nevertheless, the widespread fake commodities undermine the trust, which will, in the long run, undermine the rapid economic development of our country, too.
So, it’s high time that you took measures to put an end to any kind of making fake commodities. You may forbid people to make false ads, forfeit(取缔,取消)them severely, or fortify special law into effect. Only in this way, can these organization and individuals be strict with themselves and be responsible for the potential customers, As a loyal representative of all consumer’s benefit in our country, your early response to this phenomenon and effective performance will be appreciated.
