    另外,根据与收件人的关系,Email的措辞也分为正式与非正式。下面,我们从称呼开始,给大家讲讲,该如何写好一封Email。
 

称呼Greetings

 

Formal/

 

 ·Dear Sir/Madam,

Informl/

如果不确定收件的女性是否已婚,用Miss或Mrs来称呼对方是不恰当的。

 

 称呼后面的标点符号为逗号,但To whom it may concern例外,后面是冒号。
