We duly received the goods of our order No. A 210 on 20 March, 1999, but it is with great regret
that we have to complain about the problems in packing and quality.
We found, upon examination, that Bales Nos. 4 and 7 did not appear to have been packed in
waterproof material as stipulated in the contract and bade become very saturated in transit. As a
result, the textile fabrics that are contained have been very badly stained and show signs of rotting.
We have also found that the textile fabrics in Bale No. 3 are not the same as those of the sample.
They appear to be too loosely woven and pull out of shape very easily. Under separate cover we
have sent you a cutting of this material and also one from the sample so that you will be able to
compare them for yourselves.
We have always been able to rely on the high quality of your material and packing and feel sure
that as a matter of good will, you will wish to take the action needed to help us get over this
present difficulty.

Fast food is quite popular in China. According to the survey, basically there are three reasons for[FS:PAGE]
its popularity Firstly, most people think that it is convenient and saves time. In a fast food
restaurant, after ordering his food, one can get it immediately, while in a traditional Chinese
restaurant, he may have to wait at least 20 minutes to have the first course, Thus nearly 90 percent
of people interviewed would prefer fast food whey they are in a hurry. Secondly, the clean and
comfortable environment where fast food is served also has great appeal to customers. Thirdly, 85
percent of people believe that they may get good service and that the quality of food is guaranteed.
However, about 45% of people mention a point in the questionnaires that in terms of nutrition, fast
food supplied in most restaurants is far from satisfactory, for it does not contain a balanced diet.
Form the statistics of the survey, it can be concluded that nutrition of the fast food should be paid
enough attention to while setting up a fast-food restaurant.
